Workflow

Give the mission shape.

Draw a route in 3D and give each waypoint a height and time. Set the aircraft’s limits, mission windows, priority and radio-channel needs before checking the request.

A timed flight request.

  • Route, height and timing
  • Aircraft limits and mission windows
  • Radio channels and priority

Compare the options.

Check the request against other flights, restricted volumes, weather and radio use. Findings show where and when a conflict occurs. Compare changes to the route, timing and channel assignment.

Alternatives you can inspect.

  • Conflicts located in space and time
  • Route and departure alternatives
  • A fresh check for every saved draft

Keep the decision human.

Accept, reject or pre-empt a request with a recorded review note. After a fresh feasible check, reserve a 4D tunnel or box. Accepted revisions stay fixed until an explicit replacement decision.

A decision with a record.

  • Review notes and decision history
  • Checked airspace tunnels and boxes
  • Versioned plans and reservations

Follow the plan through time.

Run an exercise or replay recorded observations. Review route deviations, feed loss and projected collision alerts on the shared timeline. Replacement routes remain drafts for human review.

An exercise you can replay.

  • Recorded or simulated observations
  • Deviation and feed-loss alerts
  • Reviewed replacement drafts

Capabilities

Planning, checking, project storage and local rendering work offline. Plans, assessments, decisions and recordings stay together in the desktop workspace. Complete workspace backups keep that record portable.

Time is part of every route and reservation. The planning engine checks occupied volumes over their active intervals, including retained tunnels and boxes. Required waypoints and locked times remain constraints when alternatives are generated.

Import trajectories, polygon restrictions, weather reports and crewed flight plans into the exercise. Export project records or GeoJSON plans and reservation volumes. Imported data retains its supplied source information.

Eight supplied exercises cover traffic, weather, route detours, timing, radio contention and monitoring incidents. An optional receive-only MAVLink connection brings simulator telemetry into the workspace. An optional ADS-B layer displays external aircraft when connected to the internet.

A shared view

Move between 2D planning and the 3D scene. One exercise clock connects routes, recorded observations and simulation.

Development status

Aerlattice is a desktop demonstrator. It sends no aircraft commands and grants no operational clearance.

Operational rules, representative user studies and real-world validation remain further work.
